Since its India foray in 1991, PepsiCo has emerged as one of the leading food and beverage companies in the country, with an established portfolio of brands that refresh and excite Indian consumers.

RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since its foray into India through Varun Beverages Limited (VBL), which is today the largest PepsiCo Franchisee in the country. VBL is a key player in the beverage industry and the second largest franchisee of PepsiCo in the world (outside USA). It is engaged in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of PepsiCo beverages in predefined territories in India and other countries (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Zambia and Zimbabwe).

VBL produces and distributes a wide range of carbonated soft drinks (CSD), as well as a large selection of non-carbonated beverages (NCB), including packaged drinking water sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo.

PepsiCo’s CSD brands produced and sold by VBL include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew Ice, 7Up Nimbooz Masala Soda, Evervess, Duke, Sting, and Slice Fizzy Drinks. The NCB brands produced and sold by the company include Tropicana Slice, Tropicana Juices (100%, Delight, Essentials), Nimbooz, Gatorade as well as packaged drinking water under the brand Aquafina and Aquavess.

VBL is a listed company on Indian stock exchanges with a market capitalization of
~US$6 billion.

VBL has nurtured its three-decade relationship with PepsiCo by serving ~1/6th of the world’s population.
